Join us for this wonderful arctic wellness week relaxer. Six days of meditation and introspection in the arctic taiga and tundra. Experience one of the wildest and most remote and pristine corners of Arctic Norway where silence and solitude is a lifestyle. Relax, unwind and recharge in pure nature under the northern lights or the midnight sun.

Every morning we’ll rise and shine to a guided meditation. During the week you’ll get introduced to various forms of meditation. You’ll have the opportunity to experience hot and cold therapy every day in our sauna and ice bathing in the snow and our river pool. Heal your body and mind with relaxing massages and optional acupuncture sessions.

Enjoy half day hikes in the heather covered tundra and taiga by foot or on snowshoes. Discover untouched and pristine mountain plateaus, fjords and rivers of the arctic north.

For this ultimate arctic relaxing experience, we’ll take you to the world’s northernmost pine forest and Europe’s northernmost outpost; the coastal plain of North Cape with its striking ocean cliffs. Prepare for a close encounter with local wildlife and the northern lights or the midnight sun.

Lodge capacity 6-8 persons. The lodge has 2.5 bathrooms. Minimum amount of participants 6, maximum 8. 

The meditation and mindfulness week consists of 6 days of guided meditations and activities in various areas, nature reserves and national parks plus 7 nights of lodging. Two guided meditations pr. day.

All outdoor activity is subject to weather conditions at all times. This will determine the order of the destinations days and possible changes to trip itinerary in regards to optimal safety and for an enjoyable experience.
